a little about me

I'm a queer raving aerialist who started my journey back in 2018, but it hasn't always been a straight climb.

An injury grounded me for nearly two years, and when I came back I quickly burned myself out and realized I needed to change my mindset: Progress Over Perfection. Learning isn't linear, setbacks are part of the process, and sometimes you just need to laugh at your flops and keep going.

That's the energy I bring to coaching. I believe in cross training, exploring different apparatuses, and learning from every teacher you can find - including the floor (we call that floorials around here). My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, a little goofy, and where you feel safe to be yourself and motivated to grow at your own pace.

I can't wait to help you reach your goals and take you to new heights.

Private Lessons $80

Ways to Save

After my last class of the month I run a 15% off early bird special direct on my booking site. This discount is automatic and good for anything you find on there. This discount runs until my first class of the following month, so it's only live for about a week. However, signing up for my newsletter (on the homepage) or following me on Instagram will be the fastest way to find out about specialty discounts. I often run BOGOs, have flash sales, or have refer a friend incentives - but these are all limited offerings.

CURRENT SPECIAL DEAL

before you take flight

Do I need experience? Nope! At least not for core classes. Workshops will require you to have some sort of aerial experience, but not necessarily on that same apparatus. So if you want to try partner sling, but you've only taken lyra, just reach out to me first to discuss if you're unsure! Some workshops will also have pre-requisites listed, but those change each time they're offered, so just make sure to read or reach out!.

How strong do I need to be? You don't! That being said, the stronger you are, the easier it will be for you to progress quickly through some classes. The same can be said if you have a movement background like dance. But aerial is for everyone of all shapes, sizes, and ages! Most instructors understand that new students have not tried anything like aerials and are not used to pushing/pulling/lifting their own body weight.

What should I wear? It's recommended to wear clothes that fit closer to the body and covers your midsection, back of the knees, and armpits. No zippers, jewelry, or anything else that could snag on the equipment. Some of you may want to consider an athletic cup or dance belt.

What should I bring? A yoga mat (we have some you can use), a water bottle, and a recording device (like a phone) if you want to take pictures or videos!

What is your cancellation policy? Classes are non-refundable, but are transferrable, and must be cancelled within 4 hours prior to the start time of the class. If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice or you fail to show for class, you forfeit your payment. In event of an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss the situation so that I can work with you on finding a solution
